Arrival

Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients), use the restroom and prepare for the service. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Your session is exclusively reserved for you. Your business is valued and I ask that you respect this scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Late Arrival Policy

All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule therefore it is with regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

No Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Scope of Practice

As a board certified, Illinois licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, I am held to the highest standards of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. As such, I do not diagnose, prescribe or treat for medical conditions. My services should not be used as a substitute for a consultation with a physician or psychotherapist. Reiki and chakra sessions are complimentary therapies that work alongside other medical and therapeutic techniques.
